Terms of Service (TOS) and Disclosures Agreement
Welcome to GO2uAutocare.com Mobile Tune-Up and Oil Change! We are delighted to provide you with convenient and professional automotive maintenance services at your location. Before using our services, please carefully read the following terms and conditions, because by placing an order, you thereby agree to it directly and by reference.
1. Communications
By placing a work order and purchasing service(s) you are entering into this agreement, and you, the customer hereby grant GO2U Autocare permission to communicate with you via telephone, email, or other electronic means including SMS text messages from various applications
including phone carrier SMS and MMS for the purpose of providing service updates, and any necessary notifications related to the contracted services. The Customer agrees to receive marketing communications and promotional offers unless otherwise specified in writing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, but may be used by GO2U for
those Purposes.
2. Service Description
GO2uAutocare offers mobile tune-up and oil change services at the location of your choice if safely and reasonably accessible. Our experienced technicians will arrive equipped with the necessary tools, parts, materials, in addition to cleanup and safety items required to perform the requested services on your vehicle.
3. Scheduling
To schedule an appointment, please place an order through our website at GO2uAutocare.com or contact our customer service team via phone. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, time and location for service. However, appointments are subject to availability. If you do not have access to a location that permits service for any reason and we can arrange for a visit to on of our “Popup locations”.
4. Service Area
Our mobile services are available within a specified service area and those areas are clearly stated on our website. Please inquire with our customer service team to confirm if your location falls within our service zone.
5. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our services is clearly and transparently outlined on our website and may vary based on the type of service requested and your vehicle's make and model. The service you choose is a fixed flat rate and we guarantee there is no “upselling”. Payment is due upon placing a work order and can be made via credit card, debit card, ACH (ZELLE), Affirm Buy-now-pay-later and/ or other agreed-upon methods. Call or text Customer Service with further inquiries about negotiating some other payment arrangement. If you use Affirm Buy-now-pay-later. You agree to pay an additional 12% Surcharge as this is an expensive program for GO2U and therefore we do pass the
cost on to the customer.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a $25 cancellation fee deducted from any refund you may request or added to any rescheduled appointment.
7. Vehicle Access
You are responsible for providing our Contracted Technicians with safe and unobstructed access to your vehicle. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked in a location that is surface level and that allows for our team to perform the necessary services with a minimum of 8 feet of space on any side or end of the vehicle.
8. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our work. Our services come with a 6 Month limited warranty against defects on parts in workmanship/labor. If you encounter any issues following our service, please contact us immediately for resolution.
9. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle during service, Go2u Tune-Up and Oil Change Service you agree that GO2u will not be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during or as a result of our services and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless GO2U Autocare and its parent company, officer, staff and contractors against any claims, damages,
liabilities, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any Onboard Diagnostics (OBD) Systems Analysis or any Automotive Maintenance Service.
10. Inclusion of OBD System as Service:
The On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) system is included as a service in this agreement. The OBD system shall provide diagnostic information regarding the operating parts and sensors of the vehicle being serviced which is specified in the work order, as specified in the terms outlined herein.
Unbiased Functionality:
The OBD system shall operate in an unbiased manner, providing diagnostic information based solely on the technical parameters and data collected from the vehicle specified in the work-order. Any analysis or interpretation of the data provided by the OBD system shall be conducted objectively, without favor or bias towards any specific outcome. Go2U or its service contractors does not and will not perform any service or repairs to a vehicle, in which the OBD results may point to as possibly problematic.
Disclaimer of Guarantee:
While every reasonable effort shall be made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided by the OBD system, it is expressly understood that such information is not guaranteed. The parties acknowledge that the OBD system is a diagnostic tool and its output may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to environmental conditions, hardware limitations, and software
algorithms.
Limitation of Liability:
The parties agree that neither party shall be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or reliance upon the information provided by the OBD system, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
